偏见

专注沉默才能够学习。学习就是要安静，要全神贯注。你在这种状态中开始学习。现在开始安静地坐下来，不是我叫你们静下来，而是这是学习之道。安静地坐下来，不但生理安静、身体安静、心也安静。非常安静。在这种安静中专注。专心听屋外的声音，鸡鸣、鸟叫、咳嗽、有人走了。先听身外的声音，再听心里的声音。这样，如果你非常非常专心的听，你就会在这种安静中，听到身外的声音和心里的声音其实完全一样。

Zeitgeist:Addendum

We were saying how very important it is to bring about in the human mind a radical revolution. The crisis – and there are always crises in the world, especially now – it seems to me, is a crisis in consciousness, a crisis that cannot any more accept the old norms, the old patterns, the ancient traditions, a particular way of life, whether it is the American way, the European way, or the Asiatic way.
